WHAT ARE RANKINGS AND HOW DO THEY WORK
The WUMA Rankings show how athletes are performing over time in disciplines like Point Fighting and Continuous Fighting. Unlike event results, which reflect just one competition, the rankings are based on performances from the last four major WUMA events. Athletes earn points depending on how well they place and higher-level events, like the European and World Championships, award more points. Only advanced categories are included in the rankings; novice categories are not ranked. This system highlights who is consistently performing at a high level across top events.
